شروط المشاركة في مهرجان الرحالة :
1) يستقبل المهرجان طلبات المشاركة للعروض المسرحية من مختلف دول العالم والتي تقام ضمن فضاءات مسرحية مغايرة، وتعمد لتوظيف وتوضيب الفضاء المسرحي بطرق خلاقة ومبتكرة بعيداً عن الطرق التقليدية، داخل وخارج المسرح مثل : الساحات، الحدائق، الأماكن الأثرية، البيوت القديمة، القاعات، المقاهي، مسرح الحلقة، مسرح العلبة بتوضيب جديد ومبتكر .
2) أن لا يزيد عدد أعضاء الفريق المسرحي المشارك من خارج الأردن عن سبعة أشخاص بما فيهم المخرج والممثلين والتقنيين والإداريين، وأي زيادة عن هذا العدد تكون الإقامة في الفندق على نفقة الفريق المشارك .
3) لا يتحمل المهرجان إلا نفقات المبيت والإعاشة والتنقل داخل الأردن بالنسبة للفرق العربية والأجنبية طوال فترة المهرجان .
4) يتكفل الفريق المشارك من خارج الأردن بثمن تذاكر السفر وأجور الشحن وتأمين الديكور والعلاج الصحي للمشاركين عند الضرورة .
5) على كافة المسرحيين الراغبين بالمشاركة في المهرجان من خارج الأردن، تعبئة الاستمارة الكترونياً مرفقين معها : رابط فيديو العرض، صور فوتوغرافية للعرض بجودة عالية، صور جوازات سفر المشاركين ، قائمة بأسماء المشاركين ووظيفة كل منهم داخل العرض المسرحي، نبذة عن المسرحية، اسم العمل والمخرج والمؤلف والبلد والفرقة أو الجهة المشاركة، ملف إعلامي وملف تقني للعرض .
6) على الفرق المسرحية الأردنية الراغبة بالمشاركة إرسال رابط فيديو العرض واسم العرض واسم المخرج على ايميل المهرجان دون الحاجة لتعبئة الاستمارة.
7) يفتح باب التقديم للمهرجان من داخل وخارج الأردن يوم 24/2 ويستمر حتى 12/4/2024 .
AL- Rahhalah Theater Group is organizing the third edition of AL-Rahhalah International Theater Festival for Different Theatrical Space in Jordan in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, the Jordanian Artists Association, and the Greater Amman Municipality.
The festival will take place from July 17-21, 2024.
Participation requirements for AL-Rahhalah Festival:
The festival accepts applications for theatrical performances from different countries around the world that are presented in different theatrical spaces. The aim is to creatively utilize and decorate the theatrical space in innovative ways, away from traditional methods, both inside and outside the theater, such as squares, gardens, historical sites, old houses, halls, cafes, circle theater, and box theater with new and innovative decorations. The number of participants in the theater group from outside Jordan should not exceed seven people, including the director, actors, technicians, and administrators. Any additional members will be responsible for their own hotel expenses .The festival will only cover accommodation, meals, and transportation within Jordan for Arab and foreign teams throughout the festival period. The theater group from outside Jordan is responsible for the cost of travel tickets, shipping fees, set design, and medical insurance for participants if necessary. All theater practitioners interested in participating in the festival from outside Jordan are required to fill out the electronic form, including a video link of the show, high-quality photos of the performance, passports of participants, a list of participants and their roles in the performance, a synopsis of the play, the name of the work, director, author, country, participating group or organization, a media file, and a technical file for the show. Jordanian theater groups wishing to participate should send a video link of their performance and the director’s name to the festival email without the need to fill out the form. The application for the festival opens for both local and international participants on 24/2 and continues until 12/4/2024.
