عن المدرب: بعد أن درس السينما بجامعة لوميير بمدينة ليون،
بدأ سباستيان في دراسة المسرح بمدرسة الدراما عام ١٩٩٨ drama school of Anne Sicco في خلال عامين، درس مبادئ الميكانيكا الحيوية كما حضر ورش عمل كثيرة ، منها ورشة المايم مع مارسيل مارسو, وفن الكيوغن الياباني مع الاستاذ شيم شيجي ياما
بدأ سباستيان رحلة الاحتراف كممثل في عام ٢٠٠٠حين اشترك في مسرحية هاملت ومسرحية روميو و جولييت لوليم شكسبير و الحرية في
برمانا لفاسبندركما شارك بالتمثيل في عدد من الأفلام القصيرة ثم أصبح ممثلا في مسرح الشمس الذي تديره اريان منوشكين وشارك في اخر أربع مسرحيات أنتجها المسرح والتى قدمت في مختلف أنحاء العالم
عن الورشة:
حين نتحدث عن الشعر ، فإننا نتحدث عن الحقيقة . و الحقيقة على المسرح هي حين نعيش موقفا ما بكامل مشاعرنا بكل إخلاص دون أن نأبه لأية قيود جسدية أو صوتية . و حين تتوافر الحقيقة، يدخل المتفرج في حالة تركيزعميقة مع الممثل ويستقبل كل انفعالاته ومشاعره مما يحمس الممثل و يؤجج روحه.
هي إذن حالة متبادلة بين الممثل والمتفرج ونطلق عليها اسم الحالة لأنها تعني الشغف، حالة من الدراما الداخلية التي تتسم بالحيوية وتبعد تماما عن الزيف وبفضل عمل سباستيان في مسرح الشمس استطاع أن يطور تكنيك الوصول للحقيقة عبر الجسد من خلال هذه الأساليب ، ومن خلال التخلص من قلق التحرك على المسرح، سنصل الى التركيز في الرؤية والسمع وبالتالي الإحساس

– Biography: After getting a master of Study of Cinematography at University Lumière Lyon II, Sébastien started learning about theatre in the drama school of Anne Sicco “l’Oeil du Silence” in 1998. During two years, he learnt the principle of biomechanic. He also attended numbers of workshops like, mime with Marcel Marceau, and Art of Kyogen with Master Shime Shigeyama.
Sébastien has started to play as a professional actor from 2000 in “Hamlet” and “Romeo and Juliet” of Shakespeare, “Freedom in Bremen” of Fassbinder. He also played in some short movies. He has became an actor of Théâtre du Soleil directed by Ariane Mnouchkine.
He has participates in the last four collective creations of Théâtre du Soleil and plays all around the world. He is now since 2016 in the new production of Théâtre du Soleil, « Une chambre en Inde », In 2018, he directed his first show « As Irmas Siamesas » (The siamese sisters) from Jose Rubens Siqueira in Sao Paulo. Since 2015, is also actor/helper on the workshop directed by Ariane Mnouchkine « the nomade school of Théâtre du Soleil » wich was given in Chili, Sweden and India. Beside his work as an actor, Sébastien also works as assistant director in France and in Brazil. Starting from 2011, he holds the workshop “The Poetic Body”, which is inspired by his own experience of acting, creating and teaching. This workshop has already been given in Brazil, France, Taiwan, Hong-Kong and Macao.
– About the Workshop: When I talk about poetry, I want to talk about verity. The theatrical verity is when we live a situation, totally, sincerely, without caring about the special, physical or vocal constraint. If there is a verity, the audience enter into emphases with the actor and receive the emotions, which animate the actor. It is not only by the actor but also by those who watch relieve a lively poetry from this verity. We call this a status (a state). That means a passion, an internal drama, which is lively and not spurious. Unfortunately, sometime it is difficult to accede to this status in improvisation. We ask ourselves, “how should I react to what my partner did or said?”, “how should i place myself?”, “I have decided my character a draft, I have to stay in my position”…
We are filled up with an interior discourse, which distorts the perception of the trueness, preconceived ideas which impose to ourselves and stop us to listen to others and true self. For this, thanks to my experience in Theater du Soleil, i have developed a personal technique of searching the verity by using the body. With this corporal exercises, we can accede to the verity. We get rid of, for example, the visual sense, to learn how to be aware of others near you, and to trust them. We get rid of the stress of moving, letting the other to manipulate us and guide us. There is just the concentration of seeing, listening, and so sensing.Thus we always at the same point: sense.Felling the verity, the true emotion submerge us. Our body become lively, a poetic body.
PROGRAMME:
Day 1: Physical training based on the suspension, immobility, opposition and separation for composing to search the extreme status and practice with an improvising them.
Day 2: Practice the art of manipulation of the body like a puppet and improvise with guidance.
Day 3: Using of the music as a support of emotion. Learn to listen and be guided by the sentiment given from the music. The musical rhythm becomes the body’s rhythm. Practice with improvisation on the given music.
