Objectifs et perspectives :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

La 7\u00e8me session du Festival International de Tunis du Th\u00e9\u00e2tre pour enfants est organis\u00e9e par la Maison de la Culture Ibn Rachiq \u00e0 Tunis, en collaboration avec le commissariat r\u00e9gional de la culture de Tunis, sous tutelle du Minist\u00e8re des affaires culturelles, et ce du 17 au 23 D\u00e9cembre 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette manifestation vise \u00e0 promouvoir le th\u00e9\u00e2tre pour enfants et jeune public, au vu de son r\u00f4le vital dans le processus de socialisation. Elle offre l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 aux compagnies participantes tunisiennes et \u00e9trang\u00e8res pour lancer et\/ou renforcer l\u2019\u00e9change culturel \u00e0 travers les arts sc\u00e9niques et par le biais des repr\u00e9sentations, des rencontres, des colloques, des tables rondes et des ateliers de travail et de formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Festival \u0153uvre \u00e9galement pour la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux r\u00e9seaux de co-production et de diffusion \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La date choisie pour l\u2019organisation du Festival co\u00efncide avec la p\u00e9riode des vacances scolaires en Tunisie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conditions de participation :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1-La participation est ouverte aux compagnies th\u00e9\u00e2trales proposant des spectacles pour enfants ou jeune public d\u2019une dur\u00e9e moyenne de 60 mn avec un maximum de (07) personnes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3-Le Comit\u00e9 organisateur op\u00e9rera une s\u00e9lection parmi les nouvelles productions tunisiennes et \u00e9trang\u00e8res propos\u00e9es, et dont le contenu contribue au rapprochement des cultures, la fraternit\u00e9, le respect et la paix entre les peuples et le rejet de toutes formes de racisme, d\u2019intol\u00e9rence et de colonialisme.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4-Les troupes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es recevront des invitations officielles. Les dossiers non retenus seront restitu\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux qui les solliciteront.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5-Le transport international a\u00e9rien, maritime ou terrestre est \u00e0 la charge des troupes participantes ainsi que l\u2019assurance de voyage de groupe ou individuelle de leurs membres. Le festival d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de perte ou d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des effets personnels ou mat\u00e9riels des troupes et de leurs membres.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6- Les frais de s\u00e9jour (transport interne, restauration et h\u00e9bergement) sont \u00e0 la charge du Festival pour une dur\u00e9e maximum de six (06) jours, en chambre double, et un maximum de sept (07) participant(e)s par groupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7-Les compagnies invit\u00e9es donneront deux repr\u00e9sentations dans le cadre du Festival. D\u2019autres repr\u00e9sentations pourront \u00eatre propos\u00e9es moyennant une somme forfaitaire de 300DT par spectacle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8 \u2013Des m\u00e9dailles et des attestations seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9es aux compagnies participantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

9-Les troupes invit\u00e9es seront appel\u00e9es \u00e0 participer aux colloques et aux tables rondes et aux workshop..<\/strong><\/p>\n

10-La Direction du Festival se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019enregistrer les spectacles, les colloques et les d\u00e9bats \u00e0 des fins non commerciales.<\/strong><\/p>\n

11- La participation au Festival implique la pleine acceptation de ce r\u00e8glement dont une copie dument sign\u00e9e par la troupe sera renvoy\u00e9e au festival avec la fiche de participation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Targets and outlook:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The 7th session of the International Festival of Theater for Children Tunis, organized by the Culture house Ibn Rachiq in Tunis, in collaboration with the Regional Commissioner of Culture in Tunis under the Ministry of cultural affairs , from 17 to 23 December 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This event aims to promote theater for children and young audiences in view of its vital role in the socialization process. It offers the opportunity for Tunisian and foreign participating companies to launch and \/ or strengthen the cultural exchange through the scenic arts and through representations, meetings, symposia, round tables and workshops and training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Festival also works to create new networks of co-production and broadcast worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The date chosen for the Festival organization coincides with the period of school holidays in Tunisia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications must reach the Festival management at the Culture house Ibn Rachiq- 20 avenue de Paris- 1000 Tunis-Tunisia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3-The Organizing Committee will operate a selection among the new Tunisian and foreign productions offered, the content of which contributes to the rapprochement of cultures, brotherhood, respect and peace among peoples.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4-The selected troops receive official invitations. Unsuccessful applications will be restored to those who solicit them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5-The fees of the international transportation is the responsibility of the participating troops also the travel insurance of the group or individual members of the same troop. The festival declines all responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects or material of troops and their members.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6- Living expenses (internal transport, catering and accommodation) are the responsibility of the Festival for a maximum period of six (06) nights in a double room and for maximum participants of seven (07).<\/strong><\/p>\n

7-The invited companies will give two performances in the Festival.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further performances will be proposed for a lump sum of 300 DT per show.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8- Medals and certificates will be awarded to participating companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

9-invited troops will be called to attend the conference and round tables.<\/strong><\/p>\n
